The Service Orchestrator is a new role to enable the coordination of security incident remediation activities and to facilitate the continued onboarding of devices to SIEM both during the transformation phase and throughout the operational phase.
The Service Orchestrator role is pivotal to the successful delivery of services to Customer’s subsidiaries and will act as the onsite focal point for customer Cyber Security Service. As such, the skills requirements for the role are as follows:
For security incidents, the Service Orchestrator will be responsible for accepting incidents assigned to his or her business unit on the MSS Portal, the coordination of required local remediation activities and regular updating of the incident status through to closure on the MSS Portal.
The communication method to be used by the Service Orchestrator to assign remediation actions to local support teams will be determined and agreed during the transformation phase.
Job Requirement:
CCNA Security, Security +, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 and PMP
At least 4 years of experience in information security, network security administration, or network security engineering with at least 2 years of experience in security operations and technical support function.
